Nissin signs up for space in Bydgoszcz
POLAND Nissin Logistics has signed a lease for 18,295 sqm in Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II with most of the space to be used to service one of its clients, which produces metal beverage packaging.
Warehouse demand not letting up
POLAND In the first three quarters of the year 2.5 mln sqm of warehouse and industrial space was leased and by the end of 2019 the figure is likely to exceed 3 mln sqm, according to the latest figures from JLL.
Poland's PRS sector looking attractive to German investors
POLAND The country’s housing market is becoming increasingly attractive for institutional investors, claims a report by Trei Real Estate, Catella Residential Investment Management and Wüest Partner Deutschland. Rental rates for apartments in Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź and Poznań have risen on average by a quarter since 2014.
