Retail parks continue to expand across region
CENTRAL & EASTERN EUROPE Retail park floorspace in Central & Eastern Europe came to 5.7 mln sqm at the beginning of the year with the Czech Republic, Romania and Poland accounting for 66 pct of the total retail park market in the region, according to the latest report by Cushman & Wakefield.
Arche buys plot near bypass
POLAND Arche has signed a PLN 9 mln preliminary purchase agreement for a number of plots with a total area of more than 1 ha in Gdańsk including former agricultural land in the Klukowo district, next to the TriCity bypass.

POLAND Tomasz Mika, the director of the warehouse and industrial department at JLL, opened the 15th CEE Warehouse & Logistics Conference, organised by Eurobuild CEE by talking about the boom that is currently on the Polish Warehouse market and forecast that warehouse space in Poland would grow to 30 mln sqm by 2030.
