POLAND Constructa Plus has completed the reconstruction of a 19th-century town at the junction of ul. Krysiewicza and ul. Ogrodowa in Poznań. The neo-Renaissance building popularly known as Żelazko [the iron] was built on a narrow, triangular plot.

POLAND Law firm Allen & Overy has leased 2,750 sqm in the Biura przy Warzelni office building in the Browary Warszawskie mixed-use complex in Warsaw.
No slow down for Cavatina
POLAND Office stock in Kraków came to 1,350,000 sqm with around a further 90,000 sqm to be delivered by the end of this year. The Tischner Office developed by Cavatina accounts for more than a third of this space. Additionally Cavatina has started work on the fourth stage of the Equal Business Park.

BULGARIA Accor subsidiary Orbis has signed a management agreement for the Pullman Okol Golf Resort & Spa 30 km southeast of Sofia. Pullman Okol Golf Resort & Spa is to be a five-star hotel with 149 rooms on an 18 hole golf course with views of lake Iskar.
