POLAND A total of 60 teams from the real estate sector will compete in the 10th Charity Real Estate Beach Volleyball Tournament to be held by JLL under the honorary patronage of the Polish Volleyball Federation on August, 1st 2019 on the Vistula beach at Wybrzeże Helskie 1/5 in Warsaw. Financing for the Colosseum
ROMANIA Colosseum Centre in North-West Bucharest has secured a EUR 23 mln loan from Credit Europe Bank to continue the development of the shopping centre that is to extend the current retail park. JLL România represented the centre in the financing negotiations.

POLAND Mbank has signed a 45,600 sqm lease in the Mennica Legacy Tower office complex in Warsaw. This is the largest lease ever to be signed on the Polish office market.
