Poland Łódż still an important hub

The Łódź region remains one of Poland's key logistics hubs. According to Axi Immo, demand for warehouse space in the region reached 1.17 mln sqm in 2025 (+17 pct year-on-year), the second-highest figure in the country.

Romania Regions grow slowly

Modern office stock in Romania’s main regional cities – Cluj - Napoca, Timișoara, Iași and Brașov - currently stands at approximately 1.08 mln sqm, while no office project has been delivered in these markets over the past two years, according to 'Romania Office Report' released by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company.

Poland Bieg Na Szczyt this weekend

Poland Panattoni signs up 4M Pro&Invest

4M Pro&Invest has leased nearly 4,100 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Poznań XIV. WIth the signing of this agreement, the two completed stages of the development are now fully leased.

Poland Iaso to redefine the centre of Katowice

Iaso, a new mixed-use complex combining offices, a hotel, and services, is being built in the centre of Katowice. The investor behind the project is the Epione Group.

Poland Upper Silesia grows stronger

Upper Silesia remains one of the key industrial and logistics markets in Poland. According to the Savills 'Market in Minutes - Upper Silesia' report, modern warehouse space in the region reached 6.19 mln sqm, representing an 8 pct increase year-on-year.

Czech Republic Limited new supply

The Brno office market ended 2025 with rising vacancy rates and a record low number of new projects. In Ostrava, new construction has practically come to a standstill, and the situation is no better in other regions. Developers outside Prague are thus increasingly focusing on apartments, as office projects simply aren’t profitable without pre-leases or exceptional locations.

Poland Setting out the direction for the real estate industry

The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate, with the Polish Council of Shopping Centres, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the Urban Land Institute, has published the 'ESG for Commercial Real Estate 3.0' compendium of ESG practices in the real estate industry.

Poland XIMI-V starts from Blue City

The XIMI-V brand is building a brick-and-mortar chain of lifestyle stores, which are to open in Warsaw. The first is already operating in Warsaw's Blue City shopping centre, while another Warsaw opening is also to take place soon.

Poland Antczak builds for Dino

The Antczak Group has been appointed as the general contractor to construct a new distribution centre in Zawiercie for Dino Polska. The total area will be around 45,000 sqm. Construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.

The TVM Group has expanded its warehouse space in Poland by 10,000 sqm with newly leased space in the Warsaw and Poznań regions, as well as a warehouse in Gdańsk.

With the gradual lifting of the restrictions and the acceleration of the vaccination programme, we have every confidence that this will be the final time we have to reschedule the ceremony, and so the winners can finally be announced at this most important event for the CEE real estate market.
