Poland First wooden office building in the capital
The office building in Poleczki Park, designed by the Ambient studio, has been granted a building permit. It will be the first facility of its kind in Warsaw to be constructed using wooden technology. The investor is UBM Development Polska.

Poland Vastint extends leases
Vastint Poland has renegotiated its lease agreements within the Business Garden complex in Warsaw. Companies such as Credit Agricole, European Leasing Fund, Amundi, Schenker, Continental, Pretius, Expeditors, Eli Lilly, Upfield and STM will remain tenants of the complex.

ZDR Investments Group has completed its first acquisition of the year. The company purchased a Billa grocery store with adjoining retail in the Prague district of Kunratice for its qualified investor fund.

Poland 2024 will be greener
Only 60,900 sqm of office space was completed in the Polish capital in 2023. It's the lowest total in the history of the Warsaw office market. Savills also notes that development activity picked up in the H2 of last year, in response to a prolonged period of undersupply.

Poland Vitesco gets 40,000 sqm
CTP has leased approximately 40,000 sqm at CTPark Ostrava Hrušov in the Czech Republic to Vitesco Technologies, an international manufacturer of drive technologies and solutions for electrification.

Poland Merity Funds buys in Gliwice
Merity Funds, a sister company of Trigea Real Estate Fund specialized in development projects, has bought a real estate property located in Gliwice. The development will consist of two buildings with a total GLA of approx. 60,000 sqm on about 12 hectares of land.

The ILL5 building constructed as part of the CTPark Iłowa complex has been awarded the BREEAM International New Construction certificate at the Excellent level. The building, with an area of almost 115,000 sqm, received a rating of 77.26 pct.
