Another company has decided to move its office to Vibe, Ghelamco’s latest project under development in the business center of Warsaw. Rödl & Partner has leased nearly 2,500 sqm of modern office space there. Newmark Polska advised the tenant in the transaction.

Trigea fund has finalised the purchase of the Arkády Pankrác shopping centre in Prague. This is the largest ever retail real estate transaction by domestic funds in the Czech Republic, with a value in excess of CZK 6 bln.

Germany Garbe plans to build huge logistics hall made of timber

Garbe Industrial Real Estate and its joint venture partner Logicenters have secured a plot of land measuring around 47,000 sqm in the port of Straubing in Lower Bavaria. Europe's largest logistics property in pure timber construction is to be built there.

CTP is expanding its Germany portfolio with the acquisition of app. 39,000 sqm of industrial space close to the city of Stuttgart as part of a sale and leaseback transaction with Mahle Behr & Co. CTP is planning to transform the urban industrial district into a sustainable high-tech industrial park. Completion of the entire area is scheduled for 2029.
