Poland Low new supply, rising occupier activity
The volume of vacant office space in Warsaw is shrinking as the number of office buildings under construction and delivered to the market is low and occupier demand remains stable, reveals BNP Real Estate Poland in its quarterly report “At a Glance – Warsaw Office Market Q4 2023”

Immofinanz has closed the sale of the Grand Center Zagreb office property to a Croatian real estate company. The parties do not disclose the amount of the transaction.

Poland Rödl & Partner on two floors
Another company has decided to move its office to Vibe, Ghelamco’s latest project under development in the business center of Warsaw. Rödl & Partner has leased nearly 2,500 sqm of modern office space there. Newmark Polska advised the tenant in the transaction.

Poland Trigea buys Arkády Pankrác
Trigea fund has finalised the purchase of the Arkády Pankrác shopping centre in Prague. This is the largest ever retail real estate transaction by domestic funds in the Czech Republic, with a value in excess of CZK 6 bln.

Talixo, a company offering a platform for booking fares and transfers, has joined the tenants of the Lubicz Park office building in Kraków. The company has leased over 1,000 sqm.

Romania Cognyte moves into U•Center 2
Forte Partners has signed a lease agreement with Cognyte for an office in U•Center 2 in Bucharest. The company, operating in investigative analytics software, has leased 1,600 sqm of office space in the building.

KGAL Wohnen Core 3 handed over the KönigsTOR Regensburg neighbourhood development. The building complex offers new homes for more than 800 people.

Poland Łódź goes with the Flow
The Flow project has launched in the New Centre of Łódź. The project developed by Archicom will occupy a 2-hectare site between the Łódź Fabryczna railway station and the EC1 scientific and cultural complex.

Poland Green warehouse from GLP
GLP has begun construction of a new 38,000 sqm warehouse in Stary Konik, near the eastern border of Warsaw. The development will contribute to a reduction in CO2 emissions through the implementation of heat pumps, enhanced insulation, and smart metering.

A company from the Agat Ejendomme group (formerly TK Development) completed the sale of the Sandecja shopping mall in Nowy Sącz. The new owner of the facility is Focus Estate Fund.

Germany Garbe plans to build huge logistics hall made of timber
Garbe Industrial Real Estate and its joint venture partner Logicenters have secured a plot of land measuring around 47,000 sqm in the port of Straubing in Lower Bavaria. Europe's largest logistics property in pure timber construction is to be built there.

Panattoni is launching the largest urban investment in Warsaw. City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV will be built in the vicinity of Chopin Airport. Ultimately, two halls will be built within the complex, with a total area exceeding 45,000 sqm.

CTP announces the successful placement of EUR 750 mln green bond with a six-year maturity and a 4.750 pct fixed coupon. The notes were settled and admitted to trading on Euronext Dublin.

Germany CTP invests in Stuttgart
CTP is expanding its Germany portfolio with the acquisition of app. 39,000 sqm of industrial space close to the city of Stuttgart as part of a sale and leaseback transaction with Mahle Behr & Co. CTP is planning to transform the urban industrial district into a sustainable high-tech industrial park. Completion of the entire area is scheduled for 2029.
