MLP Group has purchased 6 ha of land adjacent to the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. This will allow the construction of another 30,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. As a result, the target space of the complex will increase to over 170,000 sqm.
The DSV Group intends to invest more than 1 bln PLN over the next five years in Poland. The largest investment will be the construction of a logistics centre in Wypędy near Warsaw. The cost of the project will be more than 260 mln PLN.
HB Reavis has signed a lease agreement with Foster+Partners. The renowned architecture studio will open its Warsaw office in the Varso Tower building. The Polish branch of the firm will occupy 730 sqm of space on the 44th floor. The studio will move into the new office later this year.
GLP has started the construction of another warehouse at Wrocław V Logistics Centre. Developed in the Wrocław metropolitan area, the warehouse park in Magnice is to expand by more than 86,000 sqm. The latest stage of the project had already been fully leased before the start of construction.

GTC has presented its financial results for H1 of 2023. Rental and service revenues ranked at EUR 90 mln (EUR 85 mln in the corresponding period of 2022), while rental revenue growth increased by 8 pct on a like-for-like basis.
