At the turn of 2022 and 2023, GTC received further Barrier-Free Facility certificates for its office buildings, reflecting the implementation of new amenities and solutions for people with disabilities. The company is also consistently working to provide green solutions for its facilities.

GLP has completed the third building at Poznań Airport Logistics Centre. This is the final stage of the project, which offers a total of more than 81,000 sqm of warehouse and production space.

The value of MLP group’s investment properties rose 31 pct, to more than PLN 4.4 bln (EUR 945 mln). Consolidated revenue improved 39 pct y-o-y, to PLN 279.1 mln (EUR 59.5 mln), driven by an increase in leased area combined with higher rental rates. Last year, MLP group earned PLN 422.4 mln (EUR 90.1 mln) in net profit.

Lux Med Group has become a new tenant in the Brama Miasta office complex in Łódź, with plans to open a dental centre here. The opening of the centre is scheduled for the end of May this year. Brama Miasta, a project by Skanska, offers a total of 40,800 sqm of office and service space.

Apricot Capital Group (ACG) has announced the signing of a general contractor agreement with Budimex for the construction of a new PRS development at ul. Taśmowa 5, in the Warsaw’s Mokotów district. The total investment exceeds PLN 270 mln and ACG’s investor has provided the full sum in equity.

Kajima Europe together with Griffin Capital Partners acquired a 70 pct stake in Hymon, a photovoltaic installation company.
