Poland mBank finances four retail parks
Mitiska REIM has secured a EUR 40 million refinancing with mBank for a portfolio of four Polish food-anchored retail parks. Representing a combined GLA of nearly 34,000 sqm, the convenience centers are located in the cities of Września, Turek, Lubliniec and Wodzisław Śląski.

This year's edition of the JLL Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament will take place on 1 August at the Monta Beach Volley Club in Warsaw. A retail park in Bielsko-Biała being developed on the site of a Tesco shop on ul. Warszawska, has a new owner. Redkom Development, responsible for the construction and commercialisation of the facility, has sold the project to Newgate Investment.

Warsaw's Skyliner office building owned by Karimpol Polska will become the new headquarters of Process Solutions. The tenant will occupy approximately 1,000 sqm on the third floor and will move into the new office in early 2025.

Leroy Merlin has leased a 9,000 sqm of space within Pitesti Shopping Park, developed by Square 7 Properties. The logistics park, with a leasable area of 22,000 sqm, is located in the northern part of Pitesti, in the Gavana area.

Contract logistics operator ID Logistics has extended its lease at Hillwood Wrocław Wschód II. The leased space comprises 51,500 sqm of warehouse and 2,400 sqm of staff and office space.

Poland New lease at MLP Pruszków II
MLP Group has signed a new long-term lease contract at its MLP Pruszków II logistics centre. The distribution company has leased about 23,000 sqm of modern space, with 19,600 sqm to be used for warehousing purposes and 1,100 sqm for staff amenities and offices.

Poland Prajo has chosen Panattoni
Panattoni has found another tenant for Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV and as a result the first building is now fully commercialised. Prajo, the owner of the KingHoff, Klausberg, and Kassel brands has leased 8,850 sqm for its new warehouse.

Czech Republic Czechs are still moody
Despite the current weakening of investment activity in the CEE region, investment volumes in commercial real estate in the Czech Republic posted a 36 pct year-on-year increase in Q1 2024. Colliers informs that a total of EUR 545 million in capital was invested in the Czech Republic during this period.

The funds will go to the Synapsis Foundation to support the diagnosis and therapy of children and young people on the autism spectrum. "Eurobuild" was a media patron of the event.
