Small retail formats with a big chance of an award!
POLAND The retail market has become saturated with large-format malls. For the Eurobuild Awards, this means less competition in the best New Shopping Centre category. Therefore, after analysing the situation, we have decided that it was time to take a look instead at small retail formats after identifying the potential of projects in this category.

POLAND With the nomination process for those categories assessed by the jury of the Eurobuild Awards already underway, we will make sure that everyone taking part is kept informed of the process for nominating in each category, ensuring that potential candidates do not miss the registration deadline. POLAND A decade ago ‘Eurobuild CEE’ magazine launched a project that few people at the time believed in. Today the Eurobuild Awards has become the most important event of its kind on the commercial real estate market.
Eurobuild Awards 2018: almost PLN 163,000 raised for seriously ill children
The guests of the Eurobuild Awards 2018, encouraged by TV personality Szymon Majewski, the ambassador for the Iskierka foundation, turned out to be very generous indeed - kindly donating PLN 163,000, which will go towards improving the lives of children living with cancer and their families.

All the winners of the Eurobuild Awards 2018
A total of 238 jurors cast their votes for the 9th Eurobuild awards. The jury comprised real estate professionals and they chose the companies and people that have had the greatest effect on Polish real estate and construction over 2018. Around 900 people came to the Gala Awards Ceremony held in the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Warsaw on December 5th.

Vital equipment and a holiday for Iskierka kids
POLAND Górnośląskie Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka (the Upper Silesian Children’s Health Centre) has received specialist equipment necessary for neurosurgical diagnosis. The funds for the purchase of the equipment came from the auction held on December 6th, 2017 by the organisers of the Eurobuild Awards Gala.

Work has now started on this year’s Eurobuild Awards. “Around the beginning of this year we signed the first few partnership contracts for the Eurobuild Awards, so we feel confident that we will be able to count on the participation of leading real estate companies once again.
