The jury has chosen the winners of the Eurobuild Awards 2016
POLAND For the seventh time a jury comprising almost 160 real estate professionals has chosen the companies and buildings that have had the greatest effect on the Polish real estate market in 2016. On December 6th, over 800 people gathered for the gala ceremony held in the DoubleTree by Hilton Warsaw.

Eurobuild Awards 2016: over PLN 40,000 raised for sick children
The guests of the Eurobuild Awards gala, encouraged by Szymon Majewski representing the Iskierka foundation, willingly donated to the charity for sick children and a total of over PLN 40,000 was raised.

The Eurobuild Awards for Architecture – the winners!
POLAND Tarasy Zamkowe shopping centre in Lublin, the Ubiq 34 complex in Poznań, the Centrum Rekreacyjno-Sportowe sports and recreation centre on lake Ukiel in Olsztyn, the European Centre for Geological Education in Chęciny and the Warsaw offices of Skanska Property Poland are the winning projects of the first architectural awards organised by ‘Eurobuild Central & Eastern Europe’. The Association of Polish Architects (SARP) was the official partner of this event. The winners were announced on September 14th at Eurobuild’s Architecture Festival.

Eurobuild Awards 2015: PLN 86,000 raised for children's charity!
The guests at the Eurobuild Awards Gala 2015 proved to have enormous hearts. A staggering PLN 86,000 was raised for the Fundacja Mam Marzenie (‘I Have a Dream’) foundation during the night!

Our 900 guests have electronically voted for the winners of three categories at the Eurobuild Awards 2015 gala. These included the best architectural concept of the year, the personality of the year and the best non-business achievement of the year.

Not solely the Eurobuild Awards jury members were involved in voting for the best projects of the year. In five categories tenants themselves casted their vote. These are the results of our tenant survey assessing which developments in Poland have the most satisfied tenants.
