Cavatina Holding has obtained an occupancy permit for the Grundmanna Office Park office building in Katowice. Building A will provide almost 21,000 sqm of office space and approx. 1,000 sqm of service areas. This is the developer's second investment in the city after Global Office Park.

Cordon Electronics Polska has signed a lease for approx. 5,100 sqm of space in the MLP Pruszków II warehouse complex. The company is set to fully occupy the new facility from December this year.

Panattoni has leased nearly 15,000 sqm to KMC Services at Panattoni Park Tricity East V. With this deal, the 50,000 sqm building constructed in the first stage of the development has been fully commercialised.

Ghelamco has secured bank financing for The Bridge office complex in downtown Warsaw. The construction and investment loan was provided to the developer by Santander Bank Polska, which will also be a tenant of the skyscraper.

HCLTech is staying at Krakow's O3 Business Campus for the next five years. The tenant occupies four floors with a total leasable area of over 7,000 sqm.

Two law firms have decided to extend their existing leases in the Metropolitan Warszawa building. In total, Gide Loyrette Nouel and Norton Rose Fulbright will occupy more than 3,000 sqm of office space.

Archicom is planning a new housing estate in Warsaw. The developer wants to implement its latest project, designed by the WWAA studio, at the intersection of ul. Postępu and ul. Bokserska.
Warehouse & industrial
Parker Lane Poland, specializing in resale solutions for the fashion and off-price industries, has leased approx. 3,600 sqm of space at the MLP Pruszków I logistics center. The company will move into the facility within the next few weeks.

Techstep Poland is moving its office to Officyna in Gdańsk. The company, which offers business mobility management solutions, has leased approx. 460 sqm in the office building.

Panattoni has completed a production plant for the Fortaco Group in Knurów, Silesia. The newly opened factory, with an area of over 34,000 sqm, will provide jobs for around 200 people and help consolidate Fortaco’s operations while optimizing logistics.

Redkom Development has sold the 17,000 sqm Ozimska Park retail park in Opole to Newgate Investment.

A mixed-use complex on ul. Ewangelicka in Lublin has been granted a building permit. The size of the project developed by the KKL company is over 17,800 sqm.

Warsaw's Studio B building has been awarded SmartScore and WiredScore certificates. Skanska has thus become the first company in Poland to receive these certificates for a building already in use.

Panattoni has launched development of a new BTS centre in Żary for Valmet Automotive. Construction work on the project began in September 2024 to extend an existing production plant by an additional 8,800 sqm.

At the end of September 2024, the stock of modern office space in Warsaw amounted to just under 6.265 mln sqm - according to data collected by Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate.

Mitiska REIM has announced the opening of a new retail park in the Romanian city of Pitesti, one of four new development projects planned to open by Mitiska REIM in the Romanian market over the next two years.

Varso 46 is soon to open on the 46th floor of Varso Tower, providing event space with a view of the Warsaw panorama of Warsaw, including the neighbouring Palace of Culture and Science.

The voting of the Eurobuild Awards 2022 jurors has ended and ... we know almost everything! The company supervising the process, KPMG, has provided us with the preliminary results, which - due to minimal differences in some categories - will be recalculated and officially confirmed in a few days.
Today, the jury of the Eurobuild Awards 2022 has started voting! Until next Friday, nearly 200 registered jurors will pass judgement on the nominees in 25 categories! Good luck to all of them!
The survey of tenants of properties for the Eurobuild Awards is coming to an end. On our behalf, Kantar has surveyed 410 companies occupying 50 commercial properties throughout Poland in the largest survey of its type in the CEE region.
On August 1st this year, the nominations for the Eurobuild Awards 2022 were announced. Due to the recent pandemic, this year’s competition recognises achievements over a longer period than the usual twelve months. This time, companies, projects and individuals are to be judged for their achievements over the last 20 months.
The nomination process for Eurobuild Awards 2022 has now been completed! Almost 250 individuals, companies and projects have been nominated in 25 categories, while around 200 names experts and market players have been passed to sit on the jury. In both cases, we have the best of the best!
It really was 'a hard day’s night'! We’ve had to wait for this moment much longer than usual, but it has definitely been worth it. It is now possible for us to announce the full list of winners for the Eurobuild Awards 2020. Our 229 jurors and about 600 guests of the Gala have decided and chosen the best!

As pandemic and its related restrictions have unfortunately twice forced us to postpone the event, a third date has now been set for the annual Eurobuild Awards 2020. With the gradual lifting of the restrictions and the acceleration of the vaccination programme, we have every confidence that this will be the final time we have to reschedule the ceremony, and so the winners can finally be announced at this most important event for the CEE real estate market.
Sadly, due to the continuing global situation, we will not be able to meet on March 25th to announce the results of the Eurobuild Awards and to present the awards to the highest achieving companies in the commercial real estate sector.
