Spinnaker becomes Unit
POLAND Ghelamco’s project Spinnaker has been renamed Warsaw Unit. The construction of the 180m skyscraper has yet to begin. The project is scheduled to be completed in early 2021.
LC Corp buys Kraków land

Gemini Park Tarnów sees growth
POLAND Approximately 6.4 mln people have visited the Gemini Park Tarnów shopping centre since the beginning of the year, while the tenants’ turnover is expeceted to amount to app. PLN 165 mln for the entire 2017.
Łódź fourth best European warehouse location
