Higher margins from fashion
POLAND Clothing retail group LPP’s consolidated sales revenue for March 2017 amounted to app. PLN 466 mln – 12 pct higher than the revenue generated in March 2016. Its estimated gross margin was app. 60 pct – 8 percentage points higher than in the same month the previous year.
Lofty de Girarda officially open
POLAND The Lofty de Girarda project in Żyrardów has been officially opened. A total of 172 lofts were developed in the historic 1913 Nowa Przędzalnia building of 1913 with retail and service outlets on the ground floor.
