Vendo to open in Mnichovo Hradiště
CZECH REPUBLIC Trei Real Estate is currently building its sixth Vendo Park centre in the country. Construction work began in August on the 1,800 sqm retail park in Mnichovo Hradiště 80 km northeast of Prague and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2020.

Designer Outlet Warszawa to be expanded
POLAND Designer Outlet Warszawa in Piaseczno (16 km south of Warsaw) is being expanded by 5,500 sqm with the opening of the new wing planned for autumn 2020. The wing has been designed in the same style as the rest of the building, which is inspired by the Warsaw Old Town.

Two tenants join Nova Park
POLAND City Game and Madame Elegance have both signed leases for space in the Nova Park shopping centre in Gorzów in the West of Poland. City Game is a children’s entertainment centre, which has leased 700 sqm while Madame Elegance has taken up 70 sqm.

POLAND Trei Real Estate has opened its 14th Vendo Park in Poland. The centre was opened in Łask, 30 km west of Łódź in an investment of around EUR 5.3 mln.

POLAND Furnishings store Vox has leased 422 sqm in the Morski Park Handlowy shopping centre in Gdańsk. The store is to open by the end of the year. For this transaction Savills represented GRP, the owner of the building.
