Panattoni has leased nearly 15,000 sqm to KMC Services at Panattoni Park Tricity East V. With this deal, the 50,000 sqm building constructed in the first stage of the development has been fully commercialised.

Poland Parker Lane Poland has chosen MLP
Parker Lane Poland, specializing in resale solutions for the fashion and off-price industries, has leased approx. 3,600 sqm of space at the MLP Pruszków I logistics center. The company will move into the facility within the next few weeks.

Poland Fortaco Factory is ready
Panattoni has completed a production plant for the Fortaco Group in Knurów, Silesia. The newly opened factory, with an area of over 34,000 sqm, will provide jobs for around 200 people and help consolidate Fortaco’s operations while optimizing logistics.

Poland CTPark Warsaw West is ready
CTP has obtained an occupancy permit for buildings WARS02 and WARS05, with a total area of 110,000 sqm. The facilities are part of the CTPark Warsaw West complex. The space will be occupied by Raben Group. The location in Wiskitki, near Warsaw, will be its 36th branch in the country.
