Poland P3 prepares major e-commerce project
P3 Logistic Parks has started construction of the new logistics park P3 Wrocław I, which will be optimised for the e-commerce sector. The entire 265,000 sqm park has already been leased to one tenant.

Germany CTP invests in Stuttgart
CTP is expanding its Germany portfolio with the acquisition of app. 39,000 sqm of industrial space close to the city of Stuttgart as part of a sale and leaseback transaction with Mahle Behr & Co. CTP is planning to transform the urban industrial district into a sustainable high-tech industrial park. Completion of the entire area is scheduled for 2029.

Romania Half a million sqm to be delivered in 2024
According to Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, the modern stock of industrial and logistics space now exceeds 7 mln sqm across Romania. Projects with a total area of around 452,000 sqm were delivered in 2023 – a 46 pct decrease on the previous year, due to reduced speculative development activity.

MDC2, on behalf of investor Invesco Real Estate, has finalised the lease of 8,400 sqm at MDC2 Park Gliwice. The tenant is a technology company that creates solutions for, among others, the e-commerce, medical and sports sectors.
