UK P3 dives into UK logistics
Prague-based warehouse developer P3 Logistic Parks has entered the UK market through the acquisition of two logistics assets from Segro, totalling 81,000 sqm, for an undisclosed sum.

According to an MBL survey conducted during H1 of 2023, the total stock of industrial space in Sofia exceeded to a little over 4 mln sqm ready-to-use space. Another 252,000 sqm were under construction and expected to be completed in the following year. During H1, approx. two-thirds of the current stock was owner-occupied.
