Poland Tenants fill up City Point Targówek
The joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has secured rental agreements for more than 16,000 sqm of space at City Point Targówek. Companies across various industries have pre-leased more than 70 pct of the space in the C2 building, the first multi-let building of the phased re-development, with scheduled completion by the end of the year.

Romania VGP extends Braşov complex
VGP has started the construction works to expand building B at VGP Park Brașov. This phase will add an additional 13,800 sqm to the existing 20,900 sqm already leased, thus addressing the growing demand for modern logistics spaces in the region.

Poland Cogito EU chooses MLP Gliwice
Cogito EU, a supplier of parts for construction machinery, has leased 4,500 sqm of space at the MLP Gliwice logistics centre. The company will move into the new facility in November.

Czech Republic A gradual increase of vacancy
Industrial Research Forum has announced industrial market figures for Q2 2024. The total amount of projects currently under construction increased to 969,800 sqm at the end of Q2 2024, out of which around 32 pct was already pre-leased. With over 117,000 sqm completed, the modern industrial stock in the Czech Republic reached the milestone of 12 mln sqm.

Poland City Logistics Kraków enters final stage
Panattoni has begun the final construction stage of its City Logistics Kraków I warehouse park in the city’s Nowa Huta district. A total of 11,300 sqm is to be built with the park, which will expand to its final target size to 36,500 sqm.

Romania LPP signs deal for new e-commerce facility
LPP, a fashion retailer, is moving into a new e-commerce facility at CTPark Bucharest West. Together with CTP, the fashion brand is extending its current building to support the delivery of the new facility. This will take LPP’s total footprint at the park to around 90,000 sqm with the new facility comprising around 40,000 sqm.

Poland Panattoni launches construction for E.G.O.
Panattoni has begun construction work on a new BTO centre for the E.G.O., a supplier for household manufacturers. The construction of the manufacturing plant is to start in July this year and the completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.

Romania VGP Park Bucharest North welcomes DHL Express
DHL Express will open a new logistics centre in VGP Park Bucharest North, located in the immediate vicinity of Bucharest, in the town of Ștefănești. The new centre, with an area of 4,100 sqm, will be used for sorting and processing the shipments arriving by air.

Romania CTP completes first phase of CTPark Arad West
CTP has delivered 23,000 sqm from CTPark Arad West project, with an additional 20,000 sqm ready for tenant fit-out. The newly completed 12-metre-high space is leased by companies such as Leoni Wiring Systems Arad, Delfingen, HUF Romania and BNB, and provides state-of-the-art facilities for logistics and production activities.

Poland Work commences at City Point Targówek
The joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has launched the construction of the C2 facility at City Point Targówek. The light industrial building will offer 25,000 sqm of space with units starting from 1,000 sqm. Depenbrock Poland is the general contractor for the project.

Germany Garbe leases in Werne
Garbe has signed a long-term lease agreement with Lecangs, a company specialising in warehouse logistics, in Werne, North Rhine-Westphalia. New tenant will use around 21,000 sqm of warehouse space and around 1,000 sqm of office and social space in the logistics property for its German subsidiary Flexispot.

Poland Fully leased in Goleniów
Panattoni has signed a lease contract for over 16,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Goleniów I with logistics operator Fiege. With this deal the entire 60,000 sqm park has been fully commercialised.

VGP has completed the eighth building of VGP Park Timisoara with the handover of the warehouse to Continental Tires Timisoara. The company will use about 20,000 sqm for its tyre storage operations.

TPL Logistic has expanded its presence at P3 Błonie park by leasing nearly 3,700 sqm warehouse and office space. This addition increases their total occupied space in the park to 5,000 sqm across two warehouses.
