Polska LPP's huge European distribution centre
LPP Logistics has launched its first overseas distribution centre in Romania, located at CTPark Bucharest West, after a year of construction. The 65,000 sqm warehouse will supply LPP brand stores in Southern Europe and handle online orders.

Garbe Industrial Real Estate has purchased a 420,000-sqm plot of land in the Berlin area. Construction is expected to start in the Q4 2027 once building rights have been obtained and the site has been developed.

Mediapost Hit Mail has leased 19,000 sqm of space including warehousing and office area in Chitila Logistics Hub, the industrial park developed by Global Vision and Globalworth in Bucharest. The company will operate logistics and e-commerce services for companies in the retail, FMCG, energy and services sectors.

Panattoni is expanding its portfolio of locations in the Krakow region. In Niepołomice, the developer has commenced construction of Panattoni Park Kraków East IV, which will be completed in May 2024. Omega Pilzno - a Polish logistics operator - has already leased the entire space.

Panattoni's development of a 32,000 sqm logistics centre for DHL Parcel in Robakowo near Poznań is now close to completion. It is set to be the developer’s third industrial project in Poland to be awarded BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ certification.
