Panattoni has started construction of its fifth park in Ruda Śląska. The new investment will comprise two buildings with a total area of 67,000 sqm. The EUR 30 mln loan for the park was provided by Santander bank. The complex is already half leased by Regesta.

Poland MLP Poznań West set for expansion

MLP Group has purchased 6 ha of land adjacent to the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. This will allow the construction of another 30,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. As a result, the target space of the complex will increase to over 170,000 sqm.

Poland Larger GLP Wrocław V on its way

GLP has started the construction of another warehouse at Wrocław V Logistics Centre. Developed in the Wrocław metropolitan area, the warehouse park in Magnice is to expand by more than 86,000 sqm. The latest stage of the project had already been fully leased before the start of construction.

Meanwhile, the availability of space in existing warehouses has increased.

Czech Republic Panasonic starts production in Pilsen

The hall in Panattoni Park Pilsen West II has welcomed Panasonic as a new tenant. The hall, with a total area of over 24,600 sqm, will be used for the production and storage of control panels for air conditioners and heat pumps manufactured in the Czech Republic.
