Romania Half a million sqm to be delivered in 2024
According to Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, the modern stock of industrial and logistics space now exceeds 7 mln sqm across Romania. Projects with a total area of around 452,000 sqm were delivered in 2023 – a 46 pct decrease on the previous year, due to reduced speculative development activity.

Poland First tenant for Gdynia City Logistics
Gdynia City Logistics, a city warehouse and office park on ul. Północna in Gdynia, has secured its first tenant – Cosentino, a global manufacturer of surfaces for the world of architecture and design, which has signed a lease agreement for app. 3,000 sqm.

Poland Tech tenant for MDC2 Park Gliwice
MDC2, on behalf of investor Invesco Real Estate, has finalised the lease of 8,400 sqm at MDC2 Park Gliwice. The tenant is a technology company that creates solutions for, among others, the e-commerce, medical and sports sectors.
