Poland Warehouses still doing well
A pandemic, high inflation, rising prices for materials and contractors, and consequently, an increase in starting rental rates concerned the warehouse sector in 2022. Despite the difficulties, the logistics and industrial market is stable and has grown dynamically. Axi Immo has prepared a recap of 2022 and forecasts for 2023 for the warehouse market in Poland.

Local logistics company Elvada, which started operations in 2,400 sqm in the first building of the complex, has now expanded into 1,800 sqm of warehouse and office space in the same building, while it has also leased a new 1,800 sqm unit to manage the logistics operations across Europe for Turkish company Relive Bike RKS Motor in the second building.

According to Savills, investment into industrial assets in Europe has continued to reflect the strong performance of the sector’s occupational market. European investment volumes into industrial real estate assets totalled EUR 42 bln over the first three quarters of 2022, an increase of 2 pct y-o-y and 50 pct above the five-year average.

Panattoni packs Trivium into Kraków North
Panattoni is to provide 21,000 sqm to Amsterdam-based metal packaging group Trivium Packaging in Panattoni Park Kraków North. The project, which is due to be completed in 2023, will be the biggest for a single customer in the developer’s Kraków portfolio.

Logistics operator JAS-FBG has chosen as a base for its operations 7R City Flex Katowice I, where it will occupy over 6,000 sqm of warehouse space. The facility is scheduled to come into use in May 2023.

Poland Logmaster to move into MLP Pruszków II
Logmaster will join the ranks of MLP Group’s tenants. The logistics company has leased approx. 6,800 sqm of modern space within the region’s largest warehouse complex. Delivery of the finished facility has been scheduled for June 2023.
