Poland Panattoni almost full near Kraków
Panattoni has completed Panattoni Park Kraków North, its largest project in Małopolska with an area of over 56,500 sqm. Trivium Packaging is to occupy around 21,000 sqm while Almus is to take up over 25,000 sqm. These are two of the largest leases signed by Panattoni in the region.

Poland IT tenant for MDC2 Gliwice
MDC2 and its investor, Invesco Real Estate, have finalised the lease of nearly 10,800 sqm of space at MDC2 Park Gliwice. MDC2 Park Gliwice has been developed to BREEAM New Construction standard at the highest Outstanding level.

Poland Larger Flex in Tczew
US corporation Flex has expanded the area of its production and warehouse facility in Tczew by 20,000 sqm. The project was carried out by Dekpol Budownictwo on behalf of Panattoni. In total, the factory now occupies 100,000 sqm.

Segro has extended its lease agreement with Vox at Segro Logistics Park Poznań in Gądki. The company occupies around 7,700 sqm at this location.

Germany P3 takes over two Bavarian assets
P3 Logistic Parks has successfully completed an asset deal for two logistics properties in Ingolstadt and Nuremberg, Germany. The two properties offer a total of around 30,300 sqm of leasable space.

Europę Rental growth continues at lower dynamic
The logistics real estate market is evidently finding a stable basis and emerging from its decompression cycle, according to findings that Garbe Research presented in its latest Garbe Pyramid Map, the 2023 mid-year company’s overview of prime rents and prime net initial yields for the 123 most important logistics real estate submarkets in 23 European countries.

Warsaw-based logistics operator Eurogate Logistics has leased 7,600 sqm, including 400 sqm of office space, in building DC4 of Prologis Park Wrocław III.

Poland LCube to build in Mszczonów
Warehouse developer LCube has received a building permit for the LCube Mszczonów development. The approved project involves the construction of an industrial and warehouse park of approx. 31,500 sqm on a plot of nearly 8 ha.

Poland Ruda Śląska No. 5
Panattoni has started construction of its fifth park in Ruda Śląska. The new investment will comprise two buildings with a total area of 67,000 sqm. The EUR 30 mln loan for the park was provided by Santander bank. The complex is already half leased by Regesta.

Poland MLP Poznań West set for expansion
MLP Group has purchased 6 ha of land adjacent to the MLP Poznań West logistics centre. This will allow the construction of another 30,000 sqm of modern warehouse space. As a result, the target space of the complex will increase to over 170,000 sqm.

Poland Larger GLP Wrocław V on its way
GLP has started the construction of another warehouse at Wrocław V Logistics Centre. Developed in the Wrocław metropolitan area, the warehouse park in Magnice is to expand by more than 86,000 sqm. The latest stage of the project had already been fully leased before the start of construction.

Poland Tenant activity slows down
According to the 'Occupier Insight – Industrial and Warehouse Market in Poland H1 2023' report prepared by Newmark Polska, both tenants and developers are currently exhibiting caution in their decision-making, which has resulted in a decline in leasing activity and construction volumes. Meanwhile, the availability of space in existing warehouses has increased.

Poland Accolade has summed up H1
At the end of H1 2023, the total warehouse space owned by Accolade amounted to 1.3 mln sqm within 26 parks located across Poland. The total value of the portfolio under management is more than EUR 1.3 bln.

Czech Republic Panasonic starts production in Pilsen
The hall in Panattoni Park Pilsen West II has welcomed Panasonic as a new tenant. The hall, with a total area of over 24,600 sqm, will be used for the production and storage of control panels for air conditioners and heat pumps manufactured in the Czech Republic.

IGS Schreiner Polska has decided to relocate to a warehouse center in the southwestern part of Warsaw, Panattoni Park Nadarzyn II. Under the signed agreement, the tenant will occupy 5060 sqm of logistics and office space.

Germany Sonar leases to Volkswagen OTL
Sonar Real Estate has agreed a long-term lease to Volkswagen Original Teile Logistik in a logistics property, totalling approx. 21,250 sqm, in Fritzlar, Hesse. Sonar acted as the asset manager for the property, which is part of the portfolio of the EPISO 5 fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners.
