Germany P3 picks up three in Germany
Polish warehouse developer P3 has completed the acquisition of three logistics properties from UK warehouse developer Baytree in Barleben, Leipzig and Hannover.

Romania CTP builds for Diehl
In Braşov, Romania, the foundation stone has been laid for a new production facility for Diehl Controls. The project is being built in collaboration with CTP. The 18,000 sqm plant will start manufacturing in mid-2024 and reach full capacity by 2027.
