In Poland’s residential property market, the role of prefabrication is becoming increasingly clear – not only as a technical solution but also as a strategic approach. This is particularly true for two rapidly developing segments – PRS and PBSA – where delivery time, repeatability and predictability are critical. “In PRS and PBSA projects today, prefabrication is above all about efficiency – both economic and organisational. A prefabricated structure can be erected up to three times faster than with traditional construction methods, which means earlier rental income and reduced financing costs,” explains Bartłomiej Polnik, the project and development manager for the PRS and living sectors at Savills Poland.
