ROMANIA Iulius Group is currently in the process of certifying its four Iulius shopping centres, in Iaşi, Timişoara, Cluj-Napoca and Suceava, under the LEED for existing buildings scheme.
Colliers International Romania is assisting in the certification process. The four Iulius shopping centres have a total leasable area of more than 190,000 sqm, with around 900 stores. Iulius Mall Iaşi offers a total leasable area of 23,700 sqm with over 200 stores and was developed in an investment of EUR 23 mln.
