Seven new members on Echo’s supervisory board

POLAND Seven people are to sit on Echo Investment’s new supervisory board, after an extraordinary general meeting of the company’s shareholders that passed a resolution to replace all the present members of the developer’s supervisory board.
It also decided on the composition of the developer’s new board, which will comprise: Przemysław Krych and Maciej Dyjas (managing partners at Griffin Real Estate), Karim Khairallah (a managing partner at Oaktree), Laurent Luccioni (who manages the real estate department at Pimco in London), George Graham (Pimco, London), Nebil Senman (a co-managing partner in Griffin Group) and Stefan Kawalec. The resolutions on the dismissal of the old supervisory board and the appointment of its replacement
