MHP awarded with ULI prize

Real Estate market remains stable
According to Avison Young, total transaction volumes on the Polish real estate market in 2025 came in below the level seen in 2024. Market liquidity held up well, though, and the number of completed deals was broadly in line with the previous year.
Taifun to become university building
Indotek Group has sold the Taifun office building in Warsaw to Lazarski University. The building will house teaching facilities for the country's first private dental studies course.

Record high leasing levels
According to the 'Office Occupier – Warsaw Office Market' report published by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska, leasing activity in the Warsaw office market remained strong throughout 2025, with the fourth quarter setting a record high.
Entering a two-tier market
The last three months of 2035 brought a revival to the Polish housing market. Sales increased, but so did the number of apartments on sale, which is currently at a record high, according to data from JLL and the RynekPierwotny.pl website.
New life for Moniuszki 8
LivUp, a company operating in the Polish PRS market, has begun renovations to the building at ul. Moniuszki 8 in Warsaw, converting the building that once housed the Café Adria dancehall and restaurant into rental apartments.

CEE region Investment rebounds across CEE
Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) marked a decisive turning point in 2025, moving from hesitation to execution as investment volumes surged to EUR 11.6 bln across the region’s six core markets, a 31 pct year-on-year increase according to the latest insights from Colliers. The rebound was driven by disciplined underwriting, stabilising pricing and the return of liquidity — increasingly led by domestic and regional investors.
