POLAND Olivia Four office building, a part of the Olivia Business Centre complex which is being developed in Gdańsk, has received BREEAM certificate with ‘Excellent’ rating.
The building went through a two-stage certification process which also included the project’s design stage. “I am happy to say that we not only sustained the result obtained at the initial stage but it also got improved.
