POLAND Nowe Bielawy shopping centre in Toruń has been awarded a BREEAM In-Use certificate with rating of ‘Very Good’.
The lighting in the centre has been replaced with LEDs and an energy efficient HVAC system has been installed. The building scored 100 pct for its building management as well as its waste management. The building also scored highly for its access to public transportation, water rationing in the toilets.
