POLAND Krzysztof Misiak has been appointed head of Cushman & Wakefield Poland.
He succeeds Charles Taylor, who is leaving the real estate services firm after 30 years.
Krzysztof was appointed head of regional cities in the office agency team in 2012 and launched the C&W brand in Poland’s core regional markets. In 2018, he became head of office agency in Poland. He has acted on close to 300 leases for more than 500,000 sqm.
