Panattoni has secured a BREEAM 2016 International New Construction certificate with a ‘Very Good’ rating for its BTS project for Amazon in Gliwice.
The 210,000 sqm facility was assessed in ten categories, scoring the highest in energy and water saving systems and land use and environmental protection, earning 70 pct (‘Excellent’ level) for those three categories.
