Two buildings of HB Reavis’ Agora Budapest development – Agora Tower and Agora Hub – have been granted Well pre-certification at the ‘Gold’ level.
Both buildings had to fulfil strict requirements related to the quality of the air, water, nourishment, light, active design, mind, comfort and community.
At the end of 2019, Agora Hub and Agora Tower, which are situated on Budapest’s Váci út office corridor, also secured BREEAM pre-certification at the ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Excellent’ levels, respectively. Agora Budapest was also the first commercial building in Hungary to ever receive the BREEAM commun
