Warsaw Trade Tower has been awarded a new BREEAM In-Use certificate with a rating of ‘Excellent’.
The 42-storey office skyscraper, with a height of 208m as well as over 45,000 sqm of office space, previously held a BREEAM In-Use ‘Very Good’ certificate. Its new rating of ‘Excellent’ with a score of 76.1 pct follows the recent modernisation of the building.
