Polish warehousing developer MLP Group has committed itself to obtaining BREEAM certification with at least a rating of ‘Very Good’ for all its new projects.
The company has also declared that its ultimate goal is to secure BREEAM certification for all the properties in its portfolio. So far this has resulted in MLP Pruszków II, one of the largest logistics parks in Poland, being awarded a BREEAM In-Use International ‘Excellent’ certificate.
Under the BREEAM certification process, health and well-being, land use and ecology and energy and pollution reduction are rated highly, with use of materials and waste reduction receiving maximum scores.
