Estonia East Capital with three BREEAMs

Green projects
East Capital Real Estate has announced that it has certified three properties under BREEAM and that it is the first company in Estonia to have certified an industrial property.

The company, which now has six BREEAM certified buildings, has also announced that it intends to certify its entire portfolio. The three newly certified properties are the Bauhof sales centre and two industrial properties in the Tallinn area.

There has been for a couple of years a clear trend in the market for potential tenants to prefer sustainable and green properties for their businesses. For investors, therefore, compliance with such requirements and the award of such certificates increase both the attraction and reliability of a property portfolio or of a specific property.
Albin Rosengren, partner at East Capital Group and head of East Capital Real Estate
