Shell Energy has become the first company in Poland to be awarded a Fitwel healthy building certificate for the office space leased in the High5ive building in Kraków.
The health and wellness solutions introduced by Shell Energy and the developer/owner of the building, Skanska, include common spaces, the accessibility of the building, the internal environment and facilities for users. The tenant only uses eco-friendly, certified and hypoallergenic products to clean the surfaces, while also testing the air quality annually for concentrations of such pollutants as particulate matter, carbon dioxide and formaldehyde.
