GTC’s Cascade Office Building on Strada Buzești in central Bucharest has been awarded LEED ‘Gold’ after a seven-month certification process.
Cascade Office Building, which is situated close to Piața Victoriei square in the city’s CBD, was completed in 2005 and has a total area of 4,210 sqm. It now features such energy-saving features as intelligent lighting and air-conditioning/local temperature control systems.
