Building D of the Nowy Rynek office complex in Poznań has been awarded a WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate.
Nowy Rynek D features innovative technology, such as a ventilation and temperature control system based that uses chilled beams, The building is controlled through the Connected by Skanska IT system, which connects to the user through a mobile app. The building was completed in June and comprises 39,000 sqm of office space.
Skanska’s most recent survey of 2,000 office workers showed that more than half work exclusively in the office and that hybrid work is still the most popular working mod
