The Wola Center office building in Warsaw, which is owned and managed by Hines, has obtained BREEAM In-Use ‘Excellent’ certification.
During the certification process it was recognised for its management, the high-quality cycling infrastructure as well as electromobility and biodiversity activities, achieving a BREEAM In-Use score of over 70 pct. Hines now plans to install electric vehicle charging points and to introduce insect hotels plants to attract them as well as waste segregation.
