Skanska's office development division in Romania has been awarded a WELL Health & Safety Rating for its own offices in the Equilibrium 1 building in Bucharest.
The certification is awarded on the basis of a third-party review. This shows us that, in addition to the smart solutions implemented in office space, the individual contribution of people who spend time there is just as important in creating and maintaining a safe, healthy, and balanced environment.
