A portfolio of six office buildings across Poland owned by PineBridge Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital has been awarded Well Building Standard and BREEAM In-Use certification.
The ‘Pro Portfolio’ comprises Diamentum Office (9,000 sqm) in Wrocław, the Okrąglak and Kwadraciak buildings (7,950 sqm) in Poznań, Forum 76 (8,000 sqm) in Łódź, Opera Office (8,300 sqm) in Gdańsk and Vinci Office Center (20,000 sqm) in Kraków. All the properties received Well and BREEAM accreditation following a certification process led by property manager MVGM on behalf of London-based PineBridge Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital.
