The Polish Green Building Association (PLGBC) has awarded the first Green House pre-certificate, which confirms the environmental value and high energy efficiency of residential buildings. After the completion of construction work, the Aleja Drzew estate in Łódź should qualify to receive the final certificate.
Under the pre-certification process, the PLGBC assessed the 22 semi-detached buildings (44 resdences0 developed on the estate by Tier Investment. The accredited pre-certification auditor was Łukasz Dembski of Dembski-Nowak. Throughout the duration of the development process, the auditor will assess on an ongoing basis the implementation of the sustainability features of the project as declared by the developer.
