Grocery operator Biedronka will open a modern supermarket in the upcoming Smart Park in Bielsk Podlaski. The project is being developed by RGL. The first phase will comprise 8,000 sqm, which will eventually be expanded to 13,000 sqm gla.

Prologis has signed a new lease agreement with Logisteed Poland at Prologis Park Wrocław IV. The logistics operator has leased over 5,200 sqm of warehouse space and around 330 sqm of offices.

Mondelēz International has extended its lease with Trigranit for nearly 4,000 sqm of office space in the Signum Work Station complex in Warsaw's Mokotów district. Mondelēz Europe Services will remain in the building until 2032.

The European Border and Coast Guard Agency has decided to extend its lease for nearly 21,500 sqm of space in CA Immo's Warsaw Spire B building. The largest tenant in the company's Polish portfolio will remain in the Warsaw complex for another three years.

Czech investment group SCF, together with its partners, has completed the purchase of the Jantar shopping centre in Słupsk, Poland. With a leasable area of 44,000 sqm, it is the largest shopping centre in the Central Pomerania region. The seller was CBRE Investment Management, a global real asset investment manager.

DHL Express Polska and Górnośląskie Towarzystwo Lotnicze S.A. have signed an agreement to build a new DHL Express cargo terminal directly adjacent to Katowice Airport.

Focus Estate Fund has extended its lease agreements with Pepco and Deichmann for space in the Galeria Awangarda shopping centre in Bartoszyce. Pepco occupies around 540 sqm, and Deichmann occupies 450 sqm.
