High5ive gains smog-busting pavements
POLAND Skanska will lay anti-smog pavements around its High5ive complex in Kraków. Almost 1,900 sqm of pavement that absorbs noxious fumes from car exhausts will appear around the third and fourth office buildings in the complex.

POLAND The Sagittarius Business House office complex on ul. Sucha in Wrocław, has been awarded a BREEAM New Construction certificate with a rating of ‘Excellent’.
Solar powered housing comes to Wrocław
POLAND Almost 3,000 solar panels have been installed on the roofs of 35 residential buildings in Wrocław as part of the Wrocław Solar Power Plant by the Wrocław-Południe housing association.

POLAND The Camelia estate developed by Bouygues Immobilier in Warsaw’s Włochy district is the first project in Poland to undergo certification under BiodiverCity, which means the estate allows a wide range of wild flora and fauna to co-exist with human habitation.

ROMANIA The Renault Bucharest Connected office building in Bucharest has been awarded BREEAM with a rating of Excellent’’ as well as an EDGE certificate (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) awarded by the International Finance Corporation.

POLAND According to the fourth ‘Certification of Green Buildings in Numbers’ report published by the Polish Green Building Council (PLGBC), 648 buildings have been certified under BREEAM, DGNB, HQE, LEED and Well in Poland.

POLAND Adrog has just won a tender to lay 5,300 sqm of air-purifying payments along al. Lotników as well as 6,000 sqm long al. Wojska Polskiego, 450 sqm along al. Solidarności, more than 2,000 sqm along ul. Czecha and Sejmikowa, and 1,500 sqm along ul. Zawodzie.
