POLAND Both buildings (A and B) of University Business Park on ul. Wólczańska in Łódź have been awarded BREEAM In-Use with a rating of ‘Excellent’ for asset performance and building management.
“Our overarching goal is to provide added value for our tenants, and we believe that a sustainable approach ticks all the right boxes in satisfying this ambition. The BREAM In-Use certificate demonstrates our intention in University Business Park to improve the wellbeing of its users and to be responsible in regard to the environment. It has given us impetus now and we will make our best efforts to see all of our assets in Poland certified,” commented Piotr Kroenke, the CEO of GTC.
