Shiji, a company specialising in IT solutions for the hospitality, retail, and leisure industries, has extended its lease of 2,000 sqm in Silesia Business Park in Katowice.
Atlas Estates has been granted a significant loan facility from Bank Pekao SA. The loan will primarily be used for the refinancing of the Hilton Warsaw City hotel and to support future investment projects aligned with the group’s broader regional growth strategy
At the end of H1 modern office stock across Poland's regional cities came to 6.75 mln sqm, according to data from Avison Young. New supply came to 2,400 sqm with 200,000 sqm under construction, while demand stood at 387,000 sqm. Quarter on quarter the vacancy rate remained stable at 17.5 pct.

Panattoni has acquired the former Alfred Clouth Lackfabrik paint factory in Offenbach am Main. A logistics park with flexible space suitable for light manufacturing, city logistics and e-commerce is to be built on the 1.5 ha site.

More than 40 international retailers entered the Romanian market between 2020 and 2025. Energy consumption reduced by almost 48 pct, almost 4 mln litres of water saved in a year and CO2 emissions reduced by more than 3,900 tonnes - these are the savings generated by the Warsaw P180 office building, developed by Skanska in Warsaw by the Wilanowska metro station. The investment has just received LEED Core & Shell certification at the Platinum level.
Docks Bruxsel in Brussels has received a CO2 neutrality certificate from CO2logic/South Pole. It is the first large shopping centre in Europe to receive this certification.
Panattoni has received an "Outstanding" rating under the BREEAM International New Construction system for Panattoni Park Szczecin III halls A and B. This is the first such high level of certification in the industrial real estate market in Poland for a newly built investment.
CA Immo has concluded 45 lease agreements with a total of nearly 29,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw in the past year, 20 pct of which in Q4 of 2022. The company has also introduced a green lease initiative in 2022, governing mutual commitment of landlord and tenant to optimize sustainable building operations. Since May 2022, 23 green lease agreements have already been concluded.
