Tomasz Daniecki

Tomasz Daniecki has been appointed as the new business development director for the Arcadis Buildings business. He will also hold the position of corporate real estate team leader. Tomasz Daniecki has over 20 years’ experience in project management and business development in the retail, office, industrial and telecommunications sectors. Previously he worked for Cushman & Wakefield, where over a period of 13 years he held, among other posts, the position of head of project management. Tomasz has also held similar positions at Shell Polska, Platan Group and Vamed. He is an architect by training, and holds a master’s degree in business administration. In his new role Tomasz will be responsible for securing new projects, relations with clients and development of the buildings business line. As corporate real estate team leader, he will manage a team specialising in projects for corporate clients from concept stage through to completion as well as representing clients in their relations with developers and contractors.
