Mateusz Polkowski

Mateusz Polkowski has been appointed head of research and consulting and will manage a team of seven analysts. He has worked for JLL since 2007 and is the author and co-author of numerous research and advisory reports, feasibility studies for companies such as Skanska, Echo Investment, Ghelamco, Hines, Penta and HB Reavis, as well as JLL publications connected with the commercial real estate market, its trends and forecasts. Mateusz's main competence areas include specialist office market analyses and co-operation with the business services sector. He has over 15 years' experience on the commercial real estate market, gained both on the side of the developer, and the advisory company. Mateusz graduated from the Real Estate University in Warsaw in property management and he is also a LEED Green Associate.
