David Dixon

David Dixon has been appointed to the position of partner. He brings with him more than 25 years of professional expertise advising regional property funds, institutional investors and financial institutions on real estate transactions as well as investment banks and private equity funds on M&A deals across Europe. For five years, he was the head of corporate finance at Norton Rose in Warsaw - where he was responsible for real estate, M&A, restructuring, banking and finance, corporate and securities projects. Prior to Norton Rose, he was a key partner at Chadbourne and Parke in Warsaw. Most recently, David held the position of general counsel for the EMEA at Solera Holdings, a leading international provider of risk and asset management software and services to the automotive and property sectors, where he was responsible for implementing Solera's highly acquisitive M&A strategy in Europe.
